A real estate developer, educator, and advocate for social change.
I discovered that while properties can grow in value, people carry the greatest potential. Everyone deserves the chance to create impact, and that’s why my work focuses on developing people with purpose, not just acquiring buildings.
As The Compassionate Investor, I help property owners build wealth while creating housing opportunities for those in need.
Today I host the Live for Free TV show. My initiatives, Project Outreach and the Transitional Housing Hub, have helped thousands of people find stable housing.
I also earned a Master’s in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Illinois and trained with the Small Business Administration Emerging Leaders program.
But before I could help others find security, I had to find my own.
I didn’t step into this work because I wanted to run transitional housing. I stepped into it because a woman I loved was losing her home to foreclosure, and nobody had an answer for her. I couldn’t watch her lose everything. So I did what I’ve done my whole life — I figured out a way to make it work, even when I had no blueprint, no training, and no guidance. That one act of compassion pulled me into a world I wasn’t prepared for.
I saw the truth: the system was messy, unstructured, and full of people doing whatever they could just to get by. I made mistakes. I trusted the wrong people. I learned hard lessons about staffing, funding, compliance, and leadership — lessons that cost me time, money, and peace. But I didn’t quit. I kept building. I kept learning. I kept letting God stretch me.
And somewhere in the middle of the chaos, I realized something: I wasn’t just running a home — I was building a model. I was creating structure where there was none, bringing dignity where it was missing, and leading with purpose because I knew what it felt like to have none. That journey — saving one woman’s home — became the foundation of everything I teach today.
It’s why I built the system. It’s why I coach others. It’s why I call myself The Compassionate Investor. Because my life is proof that compassion is not soft — it’s strategic. It builds leaders. It builds homes. It builds legacy. And it transforms people, starting with the one who was willing to say, “I’ll help.”
This is my story. Not perfect. Not polished. But real. Purposeful. And still unfolding.
I spent 10 years in the corporate world, building what I thought was long-term stability. I believed that hard work and dedication would secure my future.
In 2012, I welcomed my first and only child, a moment of pure joy. But just two months later, life happened—I lost my job. A decade of commitment, gone in an instant.
I felt helpless. Uncertain about the future.
How do you rebuild when everything changes overnight?
Yet, something unexpected happened. I realized I had unknowingly built a financial safety net—one that gave me the resilience to push forward.
That moment changed everything.
I started working with people who had lost everything—their homes, their jobs, their stability. Seeing their struggles firsthand, I became determined to teach others how to build security before life happens.
I realized that big social problems need big social solutions. So I developed a full ecosystem of training programs, real estate projects, and transitional housing services—not just to invest in property, but to invest in people.
I want to live in a world where every person has the chance to rise — a world where people are seen, supported, and given the skills to reshape their future. I envision communities where compassionate investors help create housing that heals, education that empowers, and environments where purpose and possibility thrive.
My mission is simple. I invest in people first. Every day, I help purpose-driven leaders, underserved individuals, and transitional housing operators gain the tools they need to stand on their own, build wealth, and create meaningful impact. Through sustainable skills training in AI, digital entrepreneurship, and real estate, I guide people toward independence and new opportunities. And by partnering with compassionate investors and change-makers, I work to expand housing, uplift lives, and strengthen legacies rooted in purpose and service.
If you’re ready to invest with purpose, create stability, and transform lives—let’s do it together.
